We stopped manufacturing octagon homes around 1999 Our panelized log sided homes are more popular and much easier and cheaper to build. You could buy and existing octagon home. We built hundreds in the 80s and 90s.

Yes we can deliver and erect in your area. Yes the home can be placed on a basement.
