We have a 2000 square foot home within 10 minutes of the factory. It is a private residence drive by only. One under construction about 1 hour from the factory.

Jimmy asks "Do you have one floor about 800 to 1000 sq ft plans ??"

The shell comes with felt paper installed. You can install your choice of roofing materials.
