- Mark asks "We're very interested in your 1800 Sq. Ft. model. How many square are the roof for purposes of estimating the cost? How man sq. ft. of exterior walls/roof for estimating insulation?"
If you add 2 8x24 porches the roof takes 22 squares of roofing. The last insulation job I had done on the 1800 with 2 basement walls was around 1350.00 labor and materials.
- Gary asks "Can you build a 26x40 ranch only?"
Yes.
- Holly asks "Are the floorplans on your website for the Mintz and DeBoard homes- photos included with their comments. If so, what plans are they?"
The Mintz home is our best selling 1450. The Deboard home is our best selling 1800 with different front.
- jim green asks "What size crane is needed to erect the 1800 sq ft model?"
17 ton or larger. We use A 23 ton national. The longest walls weigh about 1700 pounds.
