Mike asks "What is sq footage of floor plans pictured on site, they are so small, we can't see room dimensions, we are interested in 1000-1100 sq ft, which ones should we be looking at and do you have a larger version for us to study. Thanks so much, Mike"

roland asks "can you deliver to spencer tn.and can you build using our floor plans"

yes we can deliver to Spencer Tn. If you use our standard exterior shell you can put different floor plans in it.

Gary asks "Hate to be a bother, but the 830 chalet, can a loft be put in to equal 1000 sqft?"

If you want a second floor use the 1450 plan. It fits the same size foundation.

Gerald Prosser asks "I will be in Bryson City NC the week beginning October 15th. Are you putting any cabins up that week that I could stop by to see?"

We just put up a 1450 home in Pigeon Forge Tn. And one in Robbinsville Nc. I can give you directions if you are interested in looking. We may have a 1800 going up here in Ellijay that week.
