Yes but the energy code here in the Southeast only allows for 25% total window and door wall area.

Rick right now it looks like we will be doing a 1800 square foot shell this tuesday August 22nd about 10 miles west of Ellijay in a subdivision called Big Buck Mountain.

Yes we can deliver and erect in Shelbyville,Tn. Any distance beyond 75 miles there will be an extra charge above the 21 dollar per foot price. The Smallest home we make is 1450 square foot. We can also ship the home for 20 dollars per foot with you paying shipping and erect the panels yourself.
