The dry in takes one day. Finishing is up to you. Some homes have been completed in 3 weeks.

john asks "on your 1800 sq ft home if you have a walkout basement how is the floor supported in the center and also on the open end of the walkout (is it with a steal beam or poles and about what spacing are they)"

Basement post are required 8 feet on center. A 40 foot home will have 4 post.
