Terri asks "Can you build a home for us using our plans?? If so, is it still 21.00 sq ft?"

All of our homes are 2 story log look. windows and doors are adjustable. No interior framing is included which makes interiors very flexible to any number of floor plans. There are no load bearing walls inside except at the stairway. you can place interior walls anywhere.

joseph acord asks "how long does it take from the time I order my home untill it is ready to be set on my lot"

If you place your order early, before starting the foundation, the home can usually be delivered and erected within two to three weeks of the foundation completion date. Our construction speed should put you weeks or even months ahead of most conventional construction methods.

Gary Moll asks "Do you have any garage models?"

Sorry we don't build garages at this time.

Steve asks "Will you construct a home in Wilkes County, NC? If so, what would be the cost adder?"

Looks like you are about 275 miles from Ellijay,Georgia. It would be much better to let us ship the panels to you for a one day assembly. The cost would be 20.00 per square foot with you paying shipping and erect using local labor.
