Rosalie Ruegg asks "Would you build a log home near Ashville, NC., using an auction package purchased from another log home supplier"

Sorry we only erect the homes we sell. The log home company that sold you the home should erect it. Most companies just dump the logs in your driveway hiding the fact that log home dryins can take several weeks or months and can be very expensive.

Christi Doll asks "Can you make a kit from a home plan we already have that is not yours? If so will it still be $21 psf"

When erected no interior walls are installed.It may be possible to install your floor plan into our shell. Windows and doors can be moved to fit other plans.

David asks "We are interested in the 1450 model. We are looking to buy in TN. My understanding is you deliver 75 miles from your location and set up the shell,for $21 per sq ft. Is that correct? Also , what additional charges to set up say an extra 125 miles?"
