- joseph saia asks "What floor would work best with making the full basement a garage with stairs to go up to first floor?"
Most basements have concrete floors.
- joseph saia asks "What contractor have you used in Gadsden to finish the home?"
Check with your local building suppys. They should have the names of subs to do various jobs.
- john asks "on your 2000 sq ft home if you use a steel support beam could you use fewer support posts if so about how many"
Yes you can use steel. You would need to have the beams placed as part of your foundation before the home is delivered. The steel company you purchase the beams from can give you the correct sizes and number of suppports if needed.
- joe asks "Do you install the floor? If yes what is it made of?"
First and second floor are included. Click on the link on the bottom of this page, then click on the first and second floor link. All the specs are there.
