Kyle asks "From reading your site your log siding is 12" eastern white pine chink log with other log siding optional. We are hoping that But-N-Pass corner or saddle-notch corner is an option."

We are only offering the chink log siding at this time.

Dan asks "Hi, Thanks for answering my questions. Here's another quick one: On the main walls that are at 100 1/2 inches, is that as measured from the top of the main subfloor to bottom of the 2nd floor joists or some other locations? Thanks again!"

100 1/2 inch wall only no floors.

Steve asks "Is it true that you are not shipping any homes at this time and that you are only selling what you can erect within 200 miles? Any possibility of paying a premium to deliver or erect within 275 miles?"

It's not a matter of money. We're selling all the homes we can produce within a 200 mile radius of Ellijay,Ga.

Peggy asks "What would be the cost to add a fireplace to the 1450 sq ft?"

We don't offer a fireplace with the shell. One can usually be added with stone face for less than 2000.00
