Brad asks "If we ordered the 1450 home today, how long would it take for you to deliver? We are getting the lot graded next week and the septic and foundation should be started within a month."

If you place the order now. We should be able to deliver the home shortly after the foundation is ready.

Joshua Gary asks "Roof dimensions"

Joshua Gary asks "With a standard porch, as depicted on your website for the 2800 sqft model, can you give me measurments and pitch so that I may begin getting estimates. I do not want to wait until the home is erected to find a roofer."

The roof over the living room is a 12x12 pitch the rest of the home is a 5x12. porches are usually on a 3x12. Roofing material will vary depending of use of shingles or metal roofing. I suggest you show the plan to a roofer, or a roofing supplier for an estimate.

Megan asks "Where should the laundry room be located in the 1450 sq/ft home? I don't see one pictured....would it fit under the stairs?"

A stackable will fit under the stairs.
