Brent asks "I like the interior paneling that was used at http://www.octagonhomes.com/coosawatteeriverresort/ on your website. What is the color and wood type for the paneling and is the stairway a "kit" that can be purchased?"

The wood is 8" tounge and groove white pine stained with minwax pickled oak. The stairway is not in kit form.

john asks "is there a sales tax charge for the purchase of one of your homes in Tennessee"
