Panelized Log home Roof Panels
Connor Construction's roof panels are factory pre-assembled with 1/2 inch O.S.B. board over 2x8 16" on center. 15# felt paper is installed over the roof decking. The home owner/builder will have the option of choosing shingles, metal, or other materials for the finished roof. The 16" overhangs are pre-installed with 3/8 inch rough sawn pine plywood to match the siding. Overhangs on the level tail portion of 12/12 pitch rafters are not factory installed. The 1x10 fascia is shipped separate to be installed by owner/builder.
