Panelized Log Home Wall Panels
Connor Construction's wall panels are pre-assembled using 2x4s 16" on center. Corners have 4 2x4s 2 cut on 45 degree angles. 1/2-inch O.S.B. and house wrap is applied to the entire panel. Windows are now installed. Doors are factory-fitted into the wall and then removed and shipped separate (to prevent damage) to be installed later by owner/builder. Log siding is now installed using screw shank rust-resistant nails. All corners are on 45 degree angles. for better fit and structural strength. Corner trim is factory pre-cut on 45 degree angles and shipped separate to be installed by owner/builder.
